Add Tooth

Replacement or addition of a missing tooth or teeth to a partial or denture.

Reattach Tooth

The replacement of an existing tooth or teeth to a partial or denture. The tooth that needs to be replaced must be sent in with the existing prosthesis.

Solder Wire in Tooth

In most instances, when adding or reattaching a tooth or teeth to a metal partial, a 3mm reinforcing wire is soldered in that area so a denture tooth could then be attached with acrylic.

Solder Wrought Wire Clasp to Frame

A wrought wire clasp is bent to engage the requested abutment tooth and the soldered to the existing metal framework.

Solder Major Connector

A broken major connector on either arch is soldered back together with added reinforcement.

Repair Fractured Denture

From a hairline crack to a denture in two pieces, a model is made of the intaglio surface and the denture is put back together using self-cure acrylic and a heated pressure pot. Dentapreg Mesh can be added for extra reinforcement.

Repair Fractured Acrylic Partial

From a hairline crack to a partial in two pieces, a model is made of the intaglio surface and the partial is put back together using self-cure acrylic and a heated pressure pot. Dentapreg Mesh can be added for extra reinforcement.

Wire Clasp Addition to Acrylic Partial

A wrought wire clasp is bent to engage the requested abutment tooth and then attached to the partial using self-cure acrylic and a heated pressure pot.

Cast Clasp and Solder

A cast clasp is fabricated to the requested abutment tooth then soldered to the existing metal framework. Additional acrylic work may be needed.

Flexible Clasp Addition to Acrylic Partial

A tooth colored, clear, or pink flexible clasp is fabricated and then attached to the partial using self-cure acrylic and a heated pressure pot.

Reline Denture

A model is poured inside the denture and then put in to a processing flask. Then the reline material is ground out and replaced with new acrylic to help correct an ill-fitting denture.

Reline Acrylic Partial

A model is poured inside the partial and then put into a processing flask. Then the reline material is ground out and replaced with new acrylic to help correct an ill-fitting partial.

Soft Reline

A model is poured inside the prosthesis and then put into a processing flask. Then the reline material is ground out and replaced with new acrylic and Molloplast soft liner.

Transfer Acrylic Base

A model is poured inside the base of the acrylic prosthesis and then put into a processing flask. Then all acrylic is ground away just saving the existing denture teeth. All new acrylic is then processed overnight with Lucitone 199.
